A tremendous explosion startled everyone awake, but as the school strictly forbade any activity at night, all the students could do was stand by their windows and gaze anxiously in the direction of the sound. “What on earth is happening?”

“Go and see what’s going on!” The principal, roused from sleep, gave a sharp order. Heart Mound, Luo Ye, Mad Moon, Scarlet Veil, and three other guidance teachers immediately flew toward where Han Tianyue was.

As the Ice Heart melted within his body, a surge of formidable power crashed through Han Tianyue’s form. Though his outward appearance showed no change, his soul had expanded into a colossal sphere, its silent howl bursting forth in waves that rippled outward.

“What a powerful chill!” exclaimed Guidance Teacher Yun, who had previously spoken with Han Tianyue and his group. “This cold is emanating from the deepest reaches of the soul. I suspect some highly gifted student has touched a forbidden place within themselves, causing their spiritual energy to erupt. If this surge is not contained, that student may lose all trace of their spiritual power!”

“To think our school harbors a student of such overwhelming spirit... If I don’t witness the dispersal of this cold for myself tonight, I may never behold the face of this remarkable student!” Heart Mound had always been drawn to formidable individuals.

“There’s actually someone colder than I am!” scoffed Mad Moon, one of the newcomers. Among the students, apart from his own legendary partner Mao Xuanzi, Mad Moon had never taken anyone else seriously. Yet the force of this icy energy compelled even him to acknowledge its might.

“Be careful, everyone,” warned Guidance Teacher Zhang, who had come along. “This is a power beyond control. If it comes to a confrontation, there’s no guarantee any of us could restrain him.”

A silent understanding passed among them. The closer they drew to the source of the force, the more cautious they became.

By now, Han Tianyue’s soul had fully expanded, threatening to burst from his body, with more than half of it already exposed outside. Yet outwardly, he appeared unchanged.

“I can sense an immense soul!” whispered Scarlet Veil, another member of the legendary group, gifted with spiritual perception. The nearer he drew, the more his body trembled. Never before had he encountered a soul so vast.

“What on earth is this?” asked Luo Ye, the straightforward giant of the group.

“I think I know who it is,” said Guidance Teacher Song at last—Han Tianyue’s own guide. He was intimately familiar with his students; a mere breath, eyes closed, would suffice to identify them. The aura suffusing the air was all too familiar, yet he hesitated. If it truly was as he suspected, it was almost beyond belief—

Whatever they might have guessed, it truly was Han Tianyue. He had returned, and within him erupted a power unlike any the school had ever seen.

Gold medals, favorites, recommendations, clicks, comments, red envelopes, gifts of all kinds—I ask for them all! Whatever you have, shower it upon me!
