Chapter Six: The Undying Will

"Courting death!" Boca charged forward in a straight line, sending Han Tianyue flying with a single blow.

"Useless!"

"Tianyue!" As Han Tianyue flew over his head, Prince Mao gritted his teeth against the pain, leapt up, and caught him. Setting Han Tianyue gently down on the ground, he scolded angrily, "Han Tianyue, did you think he’d go easy on you just because he was fighting me?"

"Fire's Will—Twin Rings!" Two fiery rings swept in from either side.

Boca hurriedly retreated.

The two rings crashed together, releasing a shockwave that surged toward Boca, striking him squarely.

A mouthful of fresh blood spurted from Boca's lips. Wiping the blood from the corner of his mouth, Boca roared in anger, "You dare injure me!"

"Brilliant Orange Radiance!"

Han Tianyue lunged forward once more, only to be sent flying again in an instant.

"Han Tianyue, you fool!" Prince Mao again caught the battered Han Tianyue.

"I—I’m not the fool Han Tianyue. I’m the undying Han Tianyue!" Han Tianyue looked up at Prince Mao, a faint smile appearing on his face.

Prince Mao smiled for the first time in a long while, set Han Tianyue down, and shouted loudly, "Boca!"

"Fire's Will—Twin Rings!"

"Trying to ambush me again?" Boca, already aware of the power of the Twin Rings, was about to make his escape.

"Everyone, together!" The classmates, no longer caring about their own safety, unleashed their powers as one. Though their strength was meager, as long as they could restrain Boca for a moment, he would lose.

With a thunderous crash, a plume of pale smoke rose from the forest.

All around came the sound of heavy breathing. Lying on the ground, everyone waited for the smoke to clear, gazing into the swirling haze before them.

A furious roar shocked everyone. As the smoke gradually dispersed, Boca stood before them, clothes in tatters, a ferocious expression twisting his face.

Prince Mao looked at Boca, his heart stirring.

Another agonized scream rang out. A crack appeared in Boca’s mask, and he collapsed to the ground.

"Wow!" Watching Boca finally fall, everyone let out a sigh of relief.

But just as they thought it was over, a commotion drew nearer and nearer. "Boca! You’ve wounded Boca!" An even stronger force shook the forest, causing leaves to rain down incessantly.
